API calls are processed via Cloudflare's global network and Anthropic's US-based infrastructure. Anthropic participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. ElevenLabs is based in the United States and processes data under standard contractual clauses.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. We will not collect new categories of data without updating this policy and re-seeking consent where required.
